ROLL ON ..

Is there anything more mesmerising than watching ice cream being made.  Thai Karhim in Cardiff do an awesome job making your mouth water and hypnotising you with how it’s made.  Pure cream stretched out on an ice cold platter then smoothed and stretched until it freezes.  Just mmmmmm x
