Parkrun

As I'm still getting rid of the last bits of flu sensible to miss Parkrun again... But stepped in to be today's photographer.

This is my friend Emma....who is mega fast and was the first non-elite lady at the Great South Run this year.

The reindeer is also a faster runner despite the comedy appearance of the photo

For all Parkrun nutters we have runs on both Xmas day and New Year's Day...9am ... Sharp!
