A Cake for Cherry

Yes, its a cake for Cherry, not a Cherry Cake!
Cherry is the daughter of Dean, the really lovely fella that Julia is with. She is 5 years old (Cherry not Julia) and the most loveable little girl, always giggling and very relaxed with us after staying for a couple a nights. She's been to see Santa twice today and both splendid locations. Once at Perrygrove Railway, where Johanna had her wedding in August. There was a bit of a show and after a lot of SHOUTING for him he appeared from the fireplace after climbing down a chimney - it was Fabulous.
The next one was Clearwell Caves in the Forest of Dean. It's not Dean's Forest, he is from Lincolnshire but it's just the area is The Forest of Dean. We used to go there when our girls were smaller but it is toooooo popular now with huge queues for Santa meaning he hasn't got time to spend chatting. Case of 'Have you been good? Yes, well grab a present from that pile over there'! Maybe not a curt as that but Perrygrove was a real thrill.
She's back now and I have gained a lot of Kudos when Marlane showed them this display and said I'd done it for Cherry. I was out picking up F.M.i.L. from church.

So this is my little, and rather pathetic, effort for the Great Blippish Bake Off 2017.
It is a home made carrot cup cake (23 more in the garage but not iced yet). The decorations are from a tin that we keep for such occasions.
Good luck to all entrants and a very merry Christmas to all my readers.

P.S. for JazzyB - Do I get any extra marks because there are two hearts on the china tray?
