Rowan Liqueur

Bottled the rowan berry liqueur I started in September. It has quite a tart flavour which could probably do with maturing for a bit but I will definitely make it again. Not least for the gorgeous colour. Plus it is so easy to collect the berries and I have no (human) competition.
