Christmas morning

Just when I begin to think that I understand a little about how the world works a new doubt pops into my head. After taking this photograph of the nativity scene I suddenly started worrying about the date for the scene. Christ was now born so it couldn't be 1 BC and since the year begins on January 1st it couldn't be AD 1 and there is no year 0.
