Ramblings and Mutterings

That's how all women behave

Well after tonight I can definitely say that I'm an opera convert! Last year's first experience of opera was great and tonight's experience was even better!

Tonight's showing at the Swansea Grand Theatre was Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte, a comedic tale of love, deception and betrayal. The set was amazing and it was utterly bonkers and very, very funny. All the cast took their parts really well, and I thought baritone Gary Griffiths who was playing Guglielmo was particularly good. This Mozart fella wasn't bad either!

So roll on the next season of Welsh National Opera at the Grand, because I can't wait!

P.S. The title of today's blip is taken from the Opera and are not necessarily the views of ValleyAllBlack. ;)
