It’s hard work doing nothing

So here we are on a pretty gloom Xmas day. I searched L’s house for a blip and found this.

A fairly restrained and dare-I-say stylish mantlepiece in the hallway.

L departs for Dubai later and our doggy duties begin. Meanwhile we are down the road awaiting our Christmas lunch with husband keeping a watchful eye in the kitchen. A bit disappointed it’s not capon (what they ate back in Friuli - North East Italy).

Then at 5pm off to feed the dogs (one is an Andaluz Podenco) and a walk, before resuming Xmas festivities.
