The Mummers

The Mummers came to our little town today.  Luckily, the cloud and heavy rain of last night and this morning, cleared at the right time, to enable this little group of actors to perform their traditional Boxing Day folk tale and their Morris dance in the town square........... very enjoyable.
Home now and preparing a tradition of my own, cooking bubble and squeak.....delicious. This evening, Little Women, followed by The Miniaturist on TV, so a good evening's viewing.........plenty to look forward to.
