A dull day...

Well, the promised sunshine for today did not materialise hence a very dull shot of this heron. It's not often we see herons at Spike Island, so it made a nice change. 
Been having trouble with my knee the past couple of days, so I thought that it just needed a good walk to make up for the recent inactivity, but it's still feeling very stiff :(
I hope it gets better soon and is nothing serious as we are off on holiday in just over a couple of weeks.
