The BT cable wire dropped dangerously, called them out with the hope they would lift it, but no the cut it. No internet, no phone . They have made work for themselves. Didn’t even say they had , just had everything go off.
Very angry especially as I need to be in touch with my sister . Lots of tests been done and she was sent home at 5.00am
