Jay walking

It was a bright, cold winter morning this morning, so headed off to Normanby Hall for a walk. There were lots of people about as there had been an organised and guided walk around the park. I prefer to walk alone! 

To say that there was so many people around the wildlife was still abundant. I spotted a woodpecker but he shot off before I could get the camera on him but I was luckier with the jay. We don't see too many of these around here so was well chuffed to find one sat under the bird feeders mopping up what the tits and nuthatches missed.
Did get some lovely shots of a squirrel too but the jay won the day.
