The Power

Last night I didn’t sleep very well because I’m having a cold. I went downstairs for a glass of water and right at that time my phone lit up: a message from Ellis, who was sleeping over at a friend but had trouble sleeping as well. She told me she wanted to go home but it was around three ‘o clock and after chatting somewhat she said she was ok and was going to sleep.

She retuned home before I woke up. In the afternoon, she was out of power and fell asleep on the couch...
