Squash

A quick blip of our soon to be ready dinner. This particular variety is a harlequin squash. Looks good at the moment roasting in the oven with some beetroot!

We hired a dual control car this morning for a couple of hours for Jen to have some more practice. We did some left and right junctions followed by roundabouts (an essential part of driving in Inverness!). I have to say I was very impressed with how well she did after only 5 lessons! I don't remember being anywhere near that good after so few lessons!
