At least it's going for recycling!

It has been a lovely Christmas, lots of family and friends around on two evenings, plus Christmas Day, and close family popping in and out all the time.
This all does create a lot of waste though and for the first time in our lives we have 3 recycling boxes out for card, glass, cans and tins. The blue bag is cardboard and the brown bin is the larger of the food waste bins, it is almost full whereas normally we put out a small one which is never more than half full.
The large green bin has some garden waste in it.

Thank goodness this is collected weekly, normally on a Tuesday but due to the holiday it was supposed to be Thursday. They didn't come Thursday, probably the snow and ice delayed them, so when I saw Greg's blip (A Long Time Burning) with the bottles it gave me the idea to blip the recycling waste.
