Glaswegian Ring-necked Parakeet

Not a native Scottish bird! This species has been established in London parks for some decades, and I knew it was moving north, but only found out (on Facebook Clydebirds page) that there is now a small flock in Victoria Park in Glasgow. Not the best shot, but I am just amazed that they are there. I saw one looking into a nest-hole and my RSPB bird app says that they can nest from January! Surely not that early in Glasgow?
