The ceremony of the cutting of the cake

I’m helping the Mayor of Winchester to organise a fund raising event. I had a meeting with him today in his residence. It was nice to see him.

HtP gave me a lift there and then met me afterwards.

I’m a lucky lady to have his support.

We had been invited to Jim and Jean’s house for tea. We had been invited for the ceremony of the cake cutting. Jean always makes the most wonderful Christmas cake. HtP was fortunate to experience it.

David was of course with us.

Afterwards we walked home stopping for a blip.
