Mint lemonade

Our last day in NY.We spent most of it mooching about, mainly around the Chelsea Market which unfortunately was too busy to really enjoy. We decided to retreat for a beer/ coffee and in my wife’s case a mint lemonade. It was very refreshing but consisted basically of some mint leaves with ice in a glass of pop. Can’t see it catching on in the Granite City.
