A walk in the woods
Ventured as far as Crieff today in search of an interetsing woodland blip.
My evening class tutor had a wonderful photo she had taken of porcelain fungus which is a species found on beech trees. I had never seen it before and so went in search along Lady Mary's walk where there are many beech trees. Did manage to find a small clump but the photo isn't particularly sharp here
Don't know what kind of fungi this is but it's a clearer photo i think.
If you can view LARGE it is much better.
