I should of seen it coming. Less people these days take care over they're grammar and it seems speech also. Its a drop in standards; similar from attitudes and behaviours that have lessened.

Whilst we're on the subject, 12am and 12pm just don't exist (I've still no idea which is used for noon and vice versa). Ante meridian (before noon) cannot be used to describe 12 noon. Noon is noon and decidedly neither before nor after noon. Similarly midnight is midnight, exactly 12 hours from noon and so cannot be pm, or am.

For those of you who feel the need to say '5am in the morning' let me borrow you some advice: maintain your distance from a pedant.

Grammar is the difference betwen knowing your shit and knowing you're shit.
