A big gap

This is the big gap beside where I work. Nearly 7 years on the busted wreck you see on the left is still fenced off beside the building I work in. That doesn't thrill me.

The cars are parked on land cleared post earthquake and that's why the rest of the gap is there. When I step outside and look this way there are great views of the sky to be had :-)

Happily today was productive and yesterday's issues at work were just that. I've left things in a good place while I have a few days break :-)

Not so happily today has not been a good one for Dad. Thankfully we live in a country were (mostly) excellent and accessible healthcare when it's needes.

Today's gratitude: For family, friends, and medical staff who have helped Dad today.
