stereotypically

When the instructor deigned to start actually instructing (fifteen minutes into the 'lesson' as he was too busy playing on his skateboard) it was of some benefit, with Edgar confident enough to drop into a ramp at the end of it, but it shouldn't have required Nicky asking when the lesson was going to start, particularly not after yesterday's faff, where the instructor didn't turn up in time for the 10:00 beginners' lesson then didn't mention that he would be paying no attention to the leftover beginners at 11:00 as that was time for the advanced lesson. Whilst yesterday's lesson was refunded and the 10:00-11:00 slot turned into a free go, Edgar was told his time was up at 11:0p and so spent the first few minutes of the delayed (and eventually useless and refunded) lesson not in the park until I told him to go back in and then a further twenty minutes doing nothing later on when he was too nervous to drop into the ramp and the instructor was too busy showing the advanced people a video of him doing a back flip to actually do any instructing.
