Final rays of 2017 sunlight

A very difficult end to 2017.

Comforting, beautiful and uplifting to witness the final rays of 2017 sunshine fall on the brickwork of Ashby Canal Bridge 34a's north abutment. A very peaceful reflective place, with the layers of history felt in every step.
