The Tuis Return

I was really pleased to see this tui as I hadn't arranged to have someone put out the sugar water while I was away and was slightly worried they might not come back.  I knew though, there are lot of flaxes in flower in the garden and the birds were not going to starve. It was still good to see them quickly return to the feeding station when I came home. It feels a good start to 2018 to be blipping my favourite bird.
