slow, wet and windy

The last parkrun of the year.  My app kept telling me how much/increasingly slower than my slowest time I was.

I was suffering from sciatica and a heavy cold so expected to walk most of the way and didn't so I was happy with that.

I did think 'oh dear' as a lady in her 70's whizzed past.
