Annual New Year's Day Walk

Every New Year's Day, the Lichfield Branch of the Inland Waterways Association hosts a canal based walk.
This year was around Hopwas and very well supported by 28 members and guests. 
Due to the rain over the previous days, Clive who leads the walks had needed to re-route us away from flooded fields. Nobody complained about the slightly shorter than usual route.
We had an excellent meal at the Red Lion afterwards.
