Autumn vines again

And I think there may be a few more of these over the coming weeks. All the grapes have been picked now and the vine leaves are turning different shades of autumn. This is the most striking colour - I think it must be the Alicante Bouschet variety, a teinturier variety of grapes with red flesh as well as skins and leaves, used to give deep colour to a wine. I was out in the vines - with a lot of hunters and their dogs - taking a few last photos for a project I'm doing as a surprise for a friend.....to work on it now, for the rest of the day.
