Happy New Year! - 2018 dawned with a lie in until circa 10am!! All this travelling around the country has tired us all out!

We decided to visit Waddesdon Manor for an afternoon walk (after a v quick stop off at Bicester Village - my goodness that’s where the UK tourism industry is thriving!!)

We were surprised by the Imaginarium sound and light show when we got to Waddesdon. It was magical and as it got darker we saw more of the pretty light decorations and the spectacular music and light show projected onto the front of the house.

C&R loved playing in the adventure playgrounds in the dark, the muddy puddles were a huge hit with R - such simple pleasures when you’re 2, it’s so nice to see. We were all filthy when we had finished sliding, playing and climbing around, tea in the fur lined seats outside the cafe a quick shop visit, and then back onto the bus to go home taking in more sounds and lights.
