Craft day

A day full of craft. I couldn't find any nice sister cards in the shops so I decided the girls could start a new tradition and make each other a card. Esther enjoyed the green paint a little too much though. We also baked mince pies and iced the second Christmas cake that the boy made last year! It smelt boozy!

Then a night at Claptrap for me while the boy looked after the girls. Four trombonists (if that's what you call them?!) got us all singing to festive songs. The twelve days of Christmas being the highlight getting us all up and singing a different part depending on our birth month. Apart from a boring few who didn't participate (I will mention no names). Then a rhubarb fizz to finish the night with a bit of 70's soul before coming home with The Prices. A lovely night and a little bit more respectable than a night in Blast Off that was originally planned.
