I worked almost 11 hours today. I have a presentation tomorrow and had to get the slides ready. I really focused myself to ignore the deadline over the holiday... I was mostly successful. Anyway, slides are done and I feel pretty good about it. There was an hour or two this afternoon where I was quite stressed, but that is how things go.

This is the top of a Christmas decoration on the mantel. I bought it from an artist downtown who works with reclaimed wood. I try to get one new decoration each year. I’m pretty happy with this one.
