Must I paint you a picture

Back to work today. Feeling a bit tired now, having got out of bed 3 hours earlier than has been usual. And it was quite a late night , fortunately I was designated survivor driver, so no hangover,

Weather has been awful, lotsof rain and wind, so did an easy 11k on the treadmill. And started sneezing afterwards , hopefully can fight it off.
