Western Arthur's Day 3

Know we knew how tough it was going to be, we did a lot less faffing around in the morning and got straight stuck into it. Some steep ascending and descending around Beggary Bumps before heading along the ridge to Mount Taurus. This was very slow, 4km taking 5 hours again. After lunch at Haven Lake, we decided to push on to Promontory Lake. This turned out to be much quicker, and we arrived by 7pm, instead of potentially 9pm if it'd been slow! 8.4km, 1100m climb, 9hours
