Up & Under, 1920's Scandinavia

When these two photos crossed my desk today I thought they just had to go together. The town photo is from Reykjavík and shows a childrens home from the 1920's. I know this from the customer who started life there, he told me it was torn down when he was six years old. The evidently wealthy looking family portrait just seemed a perfect match when I was asked to reproduce that too today.
