New build

When I registered with all the local estate agents I never knew I would be bombarded with calls, texts and e-mails.

One agent pestered me into going along and looking at these new build houses. I've never been a fan of new build, I prefer the features and charcter of Victorian and Georgian houses. However, these are very good and are quite spacious compared to the boxes that are on offer nowadays. Saying that though, the small ones start at £190k, the ones I am interested in are £275k+. I still have my fingers crossed that I get yesterdays house that I blipped.
