When I was a kid I had this bad habit of sticking my belly out and pushing my bum backwards. From the side it looked like I had a big gap in my back.

Over the years I was taught and corrected to reposition my body to walk and sit up straight so I wouldn't hurt my back in the long term.

When I work long days now, I sometimes catch myself 'resting' on my back again instead of my hips.

This and the overload on food in December makes my stomach appear bigger. Ok I gained some kilos.

But today my colleague literally asked: is it just me or did you grow a bigger belly?

That got me because six months prior I was slim af and I just wanna look smoking hot again
