Grounded

I’ve started every day this week with a five minute yoga routine. Has made the “I want to go back to sleep” demons much less voracious.
I had company in my home office for the last time today. We even took a lunch break together.
I have packed her up ready to go back to uni tomorrow morning. I quite enjoyed the fact that I had to intervene and repack the suitcase to make everything fit.
