Cum on feel the noize...

Another one from the memory box. I went to this concert. The headliners were Slade. There were two shows, at 2pm and 7pm (I went to the early show, only being a youngster at that point). The support act were a band called Home, tipped for greatness by all the music mags at the time and consequently never heard of again after that.

DJ of the year was John Peel, closely followed by one Mr Jimmy Savile. Oh days of innocence...
