My beloved Oslo - Achoe and Woble

The mural is beside the police station and the old prison, so therefore both a cartoon prisoner and a police car.  More details in the extra.

It's made by the Norwegian graffiti artists / style writers Achoe and Woble. 
Both started in 1997, and mural is from 2013.  Long before 1997 Woble was into tagging and vandalism, steeling spray can wherever he could find them.  They dont want to be called street artist since they dont have the artistic technics that street artists have. 

Every time I see tagging and vandalism in the street, I remember that the famous street artists started with tagging and vandalism and ended with a degree from different  kind of art studies, and sell their street art in fashionable art galleries beside making cool murals that will last just for some months or years.
