When it's cold, dark and damp outside.......

.....what better way to warm up than to start cooking. About an hour later and the kitchen is full of lovely smells - two lentil cottage pies with a sweet potato topping and four butter bean bakes with a cheese and breadcrumb topping. I'm not vegetarian but somehow after eating too much rich food over Christmas these meals seem very appealing - filling and warm but good for me too!!
