Confusing

Not sure what the directions were for in the hospital loo. The only thing near the sign was the air hand dryer!!!!!!!
My hand inching along had a nice dip in hot wax. Before doing the new exercise.

I caught my hand this morning and it feels a bit sore now. Rest rest rest.
