Frostbit

The plant itself will survive but the flowers that stood up above the covering were frostbit in the cold weather we've been having.  It looks like most of the plants made it through though.

Today was still cold but the sun was shining this afternoon and the woodpeckers (there were more than one out) and finches showed up.  Lots of small finches and field sparrows around today.
