Last treat

Last day of freedom before going back to work. Set the alarm to try and get back into the swing of early starts. Took Kilda to the beach as the weather was due to turn in the afternoon. She had great fun until I threw her ball to far into he sea and she wouldn’t go in to get it. She then had a big brain fart and wouldn’t come back to us. Eventually caught her and we headed home for an afternoon in watching the rain. Managed to get out for a 6K run. First in a month. God it hurt stopped off at Aldi on the way back and treated myself to a last bit of Christmas cheer
