the wind's up

Beautiful stroll alongs Ballyholme sea front and watched the birds catch the wind and thermals, looking effortless but struggling to keep aloft. The sea was marvellous (extra photo) and it made me happy to be on dry land. Reminded me of how often we struggle to stand still and the effort we expend often goes unnoticed. take time to give due recognition to those who try!
