The Tao of Blip

can probably be summed up as "look and you will find"

A lazy start. I think a few too many days on hard granite pavements has left me sore, so whilst the rest of Team IttH went for a pooch walk I did some yoga and tried a heeling meditation. Heels are quite close to ankles so....

Then off to Penrith for a swim, it was lovely when we arrived and we decided to go and see the Rheghed print exhibition afterwards and grab some lunch. I seem to be slowly winning against the lurgy and swimming with lungs working at 95% felt a lot better. But it's still soooo boring.
And two things are annoying me at the leisure centre;
Why are children allowed in the main pool with toys when there is a completely empty play pool?
Why are there no proper showers, just the communal ones next to the pool?

The Rheghed exhibition was good, some excellent, some poor - lots to engender discussion. Lunch was a better than it has been in a while here.
But when we left Rheghed's underground lair we found the day had deteriorated dramatically. At Ullswater all was monotone of grey, we turned tail. But for once however everything improved as we headed for Orton, to the point where the sky looked full of promise, so I dropped the team off and headed to a favourite vantage point.
Smiles all round.
