Psychedelic balloon

I was invited along to a hot air balloon meet up by a friend and spent a fascinating morning looking around hot air balloon and watching them set up and launch. This was taken as one of the balloons (this one was brand new, no less) was being inflated before the burners were fired up.

Sadly only one actually flex due to weather conditions, but I got to be in the basket of one on the ground, acting as ballast. Great fun, but try as I might I couldn't get the pilot to take off.
