On Scout Scar

It was the first event of the Kendal Winter League today with 100s of fell runners from 8 years and up running various distances up and along the scar. With frost on the ground it was interesting going in places! My son was in the under 13s race and we are waiting to hear how he did.

I was getting in some video practice and put together my footage of all the junior races and the seniors start on to my YouTube channel. Shows the determination of these young sports people a few of whom had to battle injury, stitches and the intense cold.
