Monday Blues

We heard of the deaths of two members today. One, this morning, was expected and the other, on Saturday, was sudden.

I have had a cry. More for those left behind who have shown such deep love for their spouses. 

It is all par for the course but I can't help but feel very blue today. My Dad was a sudden death and I have been thinking about him a lot recently.

Eye wateringly cold walk this morning.
