Bar Ephemera

Whilst passing through Greetland (Halifax) today, me and Mrs MD decided to have a look around Andy Thornton's showroom.
He specialises in antique shop fittings, architectural antiques & salvage. His showroom is like walking around a museum - but everything is for sale.
He caters mainly for the hotel, pub and club sector - and has been doing this for over 40 years. If you are in the area - call in and have a look around - he has four floors to peruse - and it's free :-)
I particularly like the idea of Whitbread London Stout and India Pale Ale at the bargain price of 2/6 per doz.  That's 1p per bottle....those were the days :-)
