Heavy frost

The frost just didn't lift at all today. The back garden is north facing and the low winter sun just didn't hit it at all, even though there was actually quite a bit of warmth from the sun.
It makes such a difference when there is no wind though. Today felt quite pleasant even although the temperature was actually -4.
