Mono Monday-Classic?

A classic Ladybug/Ladybird.  First one I've seen and with the weather we've been having, kind of surprised.  I went browsing the internet for info on them and got concerned when I read there is the beneficial, herbivore type and then there is the Asian, carnivore type and they bite.  Not sure which one this is, but I'll be paying closer attention next time I see one.
