I didn't sleep at all well last night and it's been a long day at work today.

After work I headed for an appointment at Boots Pharmacy for a £12.99 quadrivalent flu vaccine which hopefully will protect me against this year's bugs imported from Michigan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Aussie Brisbane as well as swine flu.

Im just waiting for any side effects to kick in.
